Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI's team. In this role, you will be responsible for tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and store maintenance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with your team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Starting Wage
- $19.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with the team
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies ensuring security and confidentiality
- Perform other assigned tasks
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient cash register operation
- Safe equipment operation
- Adherence to cleaning and safety standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Compliance with state and local requirements
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
