Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your focus on exceptional customer service and collaboration with the ALDI team will create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies while performing duties.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback to management, monitor inventory, and follow cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document confidentiality, and handle tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
