Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for stock management, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create an optimal shopping environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management and follow company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
