Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a valuable member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. Your contributions will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Processing customer purchases and providing outstanding customer service.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with store management.
• Participating in inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.
• Adhering to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and upholding document security and confidentiality.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operational knowledge of a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
