Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
