Job Description
As a Store Team Member at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall efficiency of store operations.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
- Follow company policies while maintaining document confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register.
- Safely operate equipment like electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
- Interpret and apply company policies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capable of working independently and within a team environment.
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask efficiently.
- Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is beneficial. Equivalent education and experience combination accepted.
