Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a top-notch shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate key competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage cashier duties, stock products, and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and uphold company policies.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and implement company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
