Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store remains organized, clean, and customer-friendly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment
• Stock shelves accurately and neatly
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and follow company procedures
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
