Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store maintains a clean and organized environment while providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and collaborate with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
