Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock merchandise
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures and policies
• Other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of handling equipment and performing cleaning tasks
• Good communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
• High School Diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
