Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with your team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Report product issues, inventory discrepancies, and operational concerns to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties according to standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
