Store Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures, uphold security measures, and perform additional assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Capable of operating a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Skilled in general cleaning tasks and following company guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
