Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Collaboration with our team and delivering outstanding customer service are key aspects of this position.

32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize products on shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with the team and management
• Participate in inventory counting and adhere to cash handling policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
