Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's presentation, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team for a superior shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
