We are seeking a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise stocking, cashiering, and store cleaning.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficient in cash register operation and customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
