Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and assist in various store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store areas, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with the team and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve store performance.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company procedures, policies, and security measures.
• Perform physical tasks like stocking shelves and operating store equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Able to operate store equipment safely and follow cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
