We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our reputable company, Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and that customers have a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
