Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a superior shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support customers during their shopping journey.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to prevent losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Detail-oriented and capable of following instructions.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
