Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member, where you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
