Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise is neatly presented.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and security procedures to safeguard documents and data.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capability to handle physical demands such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
