Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
