Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a tidy store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, handle customer purchases, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
