Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member where you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) for the role consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves and merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
