Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By collaborating with our team and providing exceptional customer service, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers effectively.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members and store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and report any issues.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures.
• Perform additional assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Work proficiently in a team and independently, following instructions with attention to detail.
• Meet necessary requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages as per state and local regulations.
