Job Description
We are hiring Store Team Members to join our ALDI team, responsible for merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with our team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties and stock shelves
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Monitor inventory and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
