Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with the store team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, maintain security, and handle tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous service
• Operate cash register and equipment efficiently
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
