Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Store Team Members to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an optimal shopping experience for our valued customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures with integrity and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexible to work independently or in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
