Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-merchandised, stocked, and maintained. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service in collaboration with the ALDI team.

Position Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory and uphold cash policies and procedures
• Comply with company policies, maintain security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
