Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a clean and organized environment while providing top-notch customer service. This is a full-time position, offering 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Support inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
