Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills (MAP) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies with a focus on security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment.
• Capability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is an advantage.
