We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, our customers are satisfied, and our team works collaboratively to maintain exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently or within a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
