Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by performing tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the job.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
