Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Position Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies to provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience valued.
