Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, stocking merchandise, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean store environment. This is a full-time position with 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Assist customers and work collaboratively with team members
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Operate a cash register accurately
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties
• Good communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
