We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing top-notch customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to create a pleasant shopping environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves with products and merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
