Job Description: Store Team Member at Aldi

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Type: Full-Time

Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store operations run smoothly

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
