Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's operations and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Team Member, you will be involved in various tasks, including cashiering, stocking, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and perform assigned duties.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and place merchandise, perform various physical tasks, and work efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
• Proficiency in operating store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
