Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store looks its best and our customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products, operate the cash register, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Contribute to inventory management, follow cash handling procedures, and uphold company policies.
• Participate in store inventory counts, maintain safety and security standards, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service, operate equipment, and interpret company policies.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Prior retail experience preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
