Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at ALDI. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our store maintains a high level of customer service and operational excellence. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position: Store Team Member
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Operate cash register and provide efficient customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Assist in inventory management and loss prevention
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate equipment and follow safety procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
