Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing outstanding customer service, and working collaboratively with our team. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, ensure document security, and maintain confidentiality
• Perform physical tasks including stocking, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general store upkeep

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Capable of operating store equipment and following cleaning standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
• Compliance with state regulations for alcohol handling
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred
