Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers. As a Store Team Member, you will perform various tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold our high store standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
