Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member, where you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store maintains its high standards. Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the shopping experience for customers and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and perform store inventory counts as required.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to ensure minimal losses.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
