Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.
• Operate cash registers and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
