Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. Your role will involve providing excellent customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) principles consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of general cleaning duties and following company policies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
