Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Team Member, where you'll contribute to a great shopping experience for customers. As an essential part of the team, your responsibilities will include stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to meet ALDI's high standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Give feedback on products and assist with store inventory
• Adhere to cash policies and uphold company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in retail environment a plus
• Combination of education and experience considered
