Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join Aldi and play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness. As a key part of the ALDI team, you will collaborate with colleagues to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
