Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Report on product feedback, inventory management, and potential issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures with attention to security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent, prior retail experience preferred
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
