Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, your main responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to uphold our standards of service and professionalism.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Duties

• Perform cashiering and general cleaning tasks.
• Stock shelves neatly and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
