Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining the store's appearance. This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and ensure accurate processing of customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management by monitoring accuracy and participating in inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous and prompt customer service.
• Experience in retail operations and using cash registers preferred.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
