Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the store's success. As part of the team, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with your colleagues, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies
• Process customer transactions and maintain store cleanliness
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Participate in inventory management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience is a plus
